Reviews and testimonials
We publish what real customers say, with their permission, and nothing else. Here is how reviews work with us.
Our rules for reviews
Real customers only. Every review or testimonial on this site comes from a homeowner whose project we completed. We never write, buy or swap reviews, and we never offer anything in exchange for one.
With permission, and with a name you choose. A testimonial appears here only after the customer has agreed in writing, with the name they chose: usually a first name and a neighbourhood, such as “Sam, Forest Heights”.
Every public profile, for every customer. When we ask a customer for a review, the public review links are visible to them whatever their experience. We may invite private feedback first, so that we can fix a problem, but we never hide or filter the public profiles based on a rating. That is the platforms’ rule, and it is ours.
No ratings markup. We do not add star ratings to this website’s code for search engines. Star ratings belong on independent profiles that anyone can check.
Where to read reviews
Our public review profiles are being set up [TBC: profile links]. As they go live they will be listed here and on our review page.
Testimonials
The first testimonials from Waterloo Region customers will appear here once they have agreed to be quoted [TBC: first testimonials]. Until then, the best evidence of our work is the work itself: the photos from our Kitchener project, taken on site in September 2026.
Had a renovation with us?
Thank you. Please tell us how it went: a short review, good or bad, helps the next homeowner decide.
Want to see the work first?
