Quotes and contracts

Nothing on this website is an offer or a quote. A price exists only in a written, itemised quote prepared after we have measured your home, and work begins only under a signed written contract that meets Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act. Prices are in Canadian dollars, with HST extra.

Published figures

Cost ranges, search-demand figures and municipal rules on this site come from the sources named next to them and carry the date we checked them. Market figures are other organisations’ published numbers, shown for context; they are not our prices. Rules change: always confirm permit and zoning requirements with your own city before relying on them.

Photos

Photos of our work are our own and show projects we completed. Illustrations, such as the basement layout drawing, are labelled as illustrations.
